The Most Housing Sales in Menemen Last Month in İzmir

In January 2025, İzmir housing sales statistics are presented in this article… The Turkish Statistical Institute (TÜİK) has released the nationwide housing sales data for January 2025. In this period, a total of 143,146 homes were sold across Turkey. İzmir was the third city with the most housing sales among cities.

In this period, a total of 8,806 homes were sold in İzmir. This result shows a 7% increase compared to the same period last year. In January of the previous year, 8,153 homes were sold in İzmir.

The housing sales in İzmir in January accounted for 6% of the total sales in Turkey.

2,270 NEW HOMES SOLD

In January 2025, 1,986 of the housing sales in İzmir were sold through mortgages. A decrease in mortgage sales was recorded.

In this period, 2,270 new homes were sold in İzmir, while 6,536 second-hand homes were sold. There was an 11% increase in second-hand housing sales on a yearly basis.

HOUSING SALES IN İZMİR DISTRICTS

In January 2025, Menemen was the district with the most housing sales among İzmir districts with populations of 150,000 or more. In this period, 688 homes were sold in Menemen.

Menemen was followed by Buca with 1,069 housing sales, Karşıyaka with 834 sales, Bornova with 691 sales, Karabağlar with 655 sales, Torbalı with 650 sales, Çiğli with 604 sales, Konak with 523 sales, and Bayraklı with 309 housing sales.
